After payment, the order can be corrected only on the recommendation of a moderator. That is, after payment, your order is moderated on the correctness of the data entered and on the compliance of the content file with our policy. And if the moderator reveals any inconsistencies, then you will receive a notification in Personal Area and an email with recommendations for correcting your order. This will make your order available for editing, and you can make corrections to it.

If the order has the status "In progress", then this order can no longer be corrected.

You can cancel your order BEFORE paying, just don't click the Pay button.

After paying for your order, you can cancel your order only in one case - if the order has not yet been accepted for work in production. To do this you need as soon as possible to contact our support to clarify the status of their order, or you can see the status of your order in your Personal Area at printlean.com.

Here's what you need to do:

• Go to "Orders" in Personal Area at printlean.com and read the message.
• Once you know what the problem is, make the changes accordingly:

If you need to update your order - make the necessary changes to your order and then request that the hold be removed. We will review your update and remove the hold if everything is okay.

If you don't need to update anything - respond to the original email to let us know your decision. For example, this might happen when we just need to check the quality of the print file before we send the order to the customer.

Note. You cannot request "Continue as is" for all retention types. For example, holdbacks related to print file content and security data must be allowed in order for your order to comply with Printlean's recommendations.

We will check the updated information and, if everything is in order, we will send your order into production. If something is missing, we will contact you to clarify the details.

After you've done your part and we've reviewed the update, in a few minutes your order will be sent to production and will be shipped to the address specified for delivery.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note:

• Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
• The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.
• Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold.
• Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
• Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.

We try to fulfill products in the order that they come in, and usually, we're able to do that. To manage our order queue, we route orders to whichever facility has more capacity. Fulfillment order depends on the product and where it's routed to, so newer orders might get fulfilled faster if they're routed to another facility.

As an example, let's say you have two t-shirt orders. The older order might include a t-shirt that's only be able to be fulfilled at our NC facility, so it's waiting in line. The newer order is a shirt that we can fulfill at a backup facility, so we might route that order and it gets fulfilled faster.

Keep in mind that when you change an order, that also pushes it to the back of the queue.

No, not always. We may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons.

Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we’ll always ship separately are:

• snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
• backpacks
• jewelry
• mugs
• stickers
• pillows with stuffing
• posters
• framed posters
• canvas
• bean bag cases
• keychains and pet tags
• water bottles
• notebooks

Apparel

Apparel products are generally packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.

PCR plastics are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films.

The amount of PCR in the packaging differs for each fulfillment location, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags used in multi-item shipments.

As of May 2022, we’re starting to gradually switch to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products in our in-house facilities all over North America. Learn more about the new improved packaging over here.

For all DTG apparel orders fulfilled in Australia, we use compostable eco mailers. These mailers have the supplier’s name and composting instructions on them.

Apparel orders in the Japanese partner facility are packaged in plastic mailers.

Hats

Structured hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers just like other apparel items.

Accessories

In our in-house facilities, we use kraft mailers to pack phone cases. Our partners in Japan use a mix of plastic bags and padded paper envelopes to package phone cases.

Jewelry is packaged in an eco-friendly black leatherette-covered box with a magnetic closure and cloth inlay. When shipped, they are put in an additional cardboard box. Sublimated products like socks are packaged in polymer mailers.

Home & living

Most sublimated items go in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. Mugs and water bottles are packaged in cardboard boxes. To pack stickers, we use kraft envelopes or resealable plastic bags with stay-flat inserts, depending on the location. Similarly, we use kraft envelopes to package greeting cards and postcards.

Wall art

Canvases and framed posters also come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions from 12×18×2 to 28×38×6 in.

Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch.

Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. In several locations, we use stay-flat envelopes for posters in size 8×10 in. Orders fulfilled in Australia are packaged in cylinder cardboard tubes.

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate - it’s not a guarantee.

If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. Email us at support@printlean.com.

If packages are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to our Support at support@printlean.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry! We will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a new order for you.

Before we do this, we may ask you to confirm that the shipping address was correct and that you have contacted the carrier to try to locate the lost order.

Keep in mind, if the tracking information indicates that the order was delivered but the customer thinks they did not receive it, we will not take responsibility and re-ship that order. In this case, any replacements will be made at the customer's expense.

You can report problems with your order by contacting our Support at support@printlean.com or from your Personal Area within 30 days of receiving your order or from the estimated delivery date for orders lost in the mail.

1. Log in to your Personal Area at printlean.com.
2. Find the order on the order page - search by order number.
3. Click on the order to open the order summary.
4. Click "Report" to open the problem report window.
5. Describe your problem in detail and upload relevant photos if possible.
6. Click "Report a problem".

Keep in mind that Printlean may require a photo along with the problem report in order to begin resubmitting. It is always best to attach photos to the original problem report to avoid delays.

There are several reasons why an order may be returned to the sender, but most often it is due to failure to deliver to the address. Other cases include parcel unclaimed at customs or rejected/returned by the end buyer. You will receive a notification in Personal Area as soon as the order is returned to us.

We recommend that you contact our Support to determine how you would like to proceed and provide us with an updated address if you would like the product re-shipped. New shipping charges will apply to orders that were not claimed at customs, returned by the customer, or originally provided the wrong address.

All products that are of proper quality and made to your individual order are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Any claims for typos/damages/defects must be submitted to our Support at support@printlean.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
